Smoothie Bowl Galore! (Vegan)








Hola Lovelies! 

 After going vegan for lent I discovered the beautiful delight that is smoothie bowls, and I thought Id share one of the many gorgeous variations that is this colourful yumminess!. And the benefits are just out of this world !  




      What you'll need :
  • 1 Banana 
  • Strawberries 
  • Figs or mangoes ( or both (; )
  • Almond milk ( 1/4 to 1/2 a cup ) 
       Toppings :
  • Seed mixture
  • Dried berry mixture 
  • Raw vegan chocolate
  • 1 sliced strawberry  

* TIP - For that thick smoothie consistency pop the banana in the freezer, then come back to it once you've finished your morning wash routine.  

So gather all your fruits and pop it all into your blender along with your almond milk and BLEND, BLEND, BLEND AWAY!. Until you achieve that thick consistency.



Ahhh that looks amazing I'm salivating haha sorry TMI. Once you've poured this gorgeous goop into your bowl sprinkle on all your toppings and VoilĂ ! A quick, scrumptious, healthy and superrrr pretty breaky. x
